I'm changing what I teach here

Hey Reader,

I'm changing what I teach in these emails.

Most of you joined because I showed you how to build apps with AI on YouTube.

Now I'm putting that same engineering brain into video editing and social media content.

Because the truth is...

I've built this for myself.

I've spent over 5 years editing my own YouTube videos.

And honestly, making content has always felt like another job.

I don't mind talking on camera.

But all the work around it has always been a pain in the ass.

Running a business and getting "actual work" done made this even harder.

So I built something to do that work for me.

An AI-powered video editor and social media manager.

It allowed me to post almost 40 times on Instagram this month alone.

That's the work I'm doing with online coaches through The Attention Machine.

What you'll get here.

I'll be sharing AI content strategies and workflows you can use yourself.

I'll show you how I research what to post and get Claude writing in my voice.

You'll also see how I turn a rambling recording into a finished reel.

The goal is to get useful content out there while leaving you time to run your business.

The focus is on online coaches and people who sell what they know.

If you've been using AI to build a business, this might help with the part where people actually find you.

If that's not your thing.

If you joined purely for AI coding tutorials, I get it.

That's what you signed up for.

I'd rather tell you about the change now so you can decide whether these emails are still useful to you.

You can unsubscribe from these emails here.

Plus, I'll continue to talk about AI coding, AI models and all the technical stuff over on X / Twitter.

If this is good bye, I thank you for following me along so far.

Hope to speak soon,
Rob

Hey Reader, 10 years ago, I was walking around London with a crappy camera, shitty teeth, and a wild idea: "Maybe I'll vlog my life like Casey Neistat" It was awful 🤣 Talking to a camera in public felt like torture. Everyone stared, and friends/coworkers asked: "What are you doing?" I had no idea what I was doing. I just knew I liked the idea of documenting my life. Then came Vine, and it died. Then IGTV, with horizontal videos nobody wanted to watch on Instagram. Then TikTok happened, and...

Hey Reader, A lot of you grabbed the free AI skill that edits your videos for you. But there's one thing I didn't really talk about in the mini-course, and I think it's the coolest part: It can copy video styles. For example... You can drop in an Instagram or YouTube you love. The skill will: Download it Analyze the editing, captions, pacing, colors It will even dig into the style of the animations Then recreate that style so you can use it on your own videos Here's the proof Original video:...

Hi Reader, If you hate editing your own videos, this one's for you. I just recorded a video showing the brand new Attention Machine AI editing skills that I use on many video I post. They cut the rambling, add captions, animations, photos, b-roll, and keep it all in your style. Heck, they can even copy existing video styles to make them yours. Plus, they're free, because I'd rather you use them and tell me what's missing: If you need help. Want help putting this to work in your business? I'm...
