I was wrong about Claude Cowork

Hey Reader,

I owe you an apology.

For months I told you Claude Cowork was useless.

Because I'm an engineer, so I just stuck to Claude Code instead.

But I was wrong.

What changed my mind.

Last month my team and I gave it a real shot.

Turns out... while we've been ignoring it, a lot has happened and it's really good.

We now built and share custom dashboards right inside Cowork that used to take weeks to build.

One team member said:

"My beautiful Ops Command Center is the closest I've ever gotten to actual vibe coding. It's overwhelming but very satisfying!"

Less technical users LOVE Cowork because it's built for them, not engineers.

One example is our social media analytics.

We just asked to pull our Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and newsletter data into one live dashboard.

One screen. Zero code. Took less than an hour to set up and build.

It's like hiring an analyst who never sleeps and never sends an invoice.

That alone saves me 3 hours a week.

Then I built a business brain.

Then I gave Cowork everything about our business.

All the analytics. Our ideal customer profile. The program we offer.

The content we make. The emails we write. What performs the best.

And every day, it learns a little more, because it keeps updating itself.

Think of it like a new hire who actually remembers everything you tell them. Forever.

Now it can write emails that sound just like me, including this one.

I just brain dump for 10 minutes, and it hands me the draft and subject lines.

I tweak a few things and ship it out to you.

What used to take me an hour now takes me 10-15 minutes.

It saves me 10+ hours every week.

So I tracked my time and estimated how much time it saves me.

Over the past few weeks, I can confidently claim back 10 hours per week.

That's basically an additional day every week to focus on the things that actually move the needle.

And this is after just the first month.

But here's the thing.

Most people use Cowork to organize their download folder.

Then they stop and complain that it doesn't have real use cases.

But Claude Cowork needs the right setup right from the start.

Otherwise, it's like using Lovable instead of Claude code or Cursor.

Your projects turn into a complete mess that will collapse over time.

So next week I'm publishing 3 new YouTube videos.

I'll show you my exact setup, with real use cases for your business.

Hey Reader, People keep asking me about open source models, especially now with GLM 5.2. But here's how I think about them: If you think hiring a pro is expensive, try an amateur. Sure, they can be cheaper, but I'd never run my business on them. Here's why. What local models get right. First, they're cheap. They sometimes run on your own computer. So you don't have to pay for every question you ask throughout the day. Second, they're also private. Your data never leaves your machine. A local...

Hey Reader, I used to spend 30 minutes to an hour every single day logging into Instagram, Google Analytics, and half a dozen other tools just to see how my business was doing. And I'm literally an engineer with 25+ years of experience. That's 10 hours a week of pure busy work. Here's the exact system I built to get those hours back. You are the bridge. That's the problem. Every morning you log into tool A, look at a number, and carry it in your head to tool B. You're a human bridge between...

Hey Reader, Everyone told you Claude Cowork would make your business 10x more productive. Instead you feel like you have more work than ever. That's not your fault, and I made the same mistake for months. Here's what's actually going wrong. Your AI chats are a broken. You probably have one chat for marketing, one for content, one for random questions. None of them talk to each other. That's like running a business where marketing and sales never meet, and nobody remembers what was decided...
